Shipping Info

Orders are placed and paid for securely online via Buy Now checkout. Once your payment is confirmed, dispatch and delivery timelines are:

• Metro NSW: 2–4 business days
• Rest of Australia: 3–7 business days
• Store pickup: available same-day at 14 Motto Drive, Coolaroo VIC, by appointment

Tracking details are sent once your order has shipped. International shipping is available on request — get in touch for a quote.

Returns

We want you to be happy with your order. If an item arrives faulty or doesn't match its description, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement, exchange or refund.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original packaging
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
• Change-of-mind returns are assessed case by case — message us before sending anything back
• Sale and clearance items are final unless faulty

Size Guide

Most apparel and footwear listed follows standard US/EU sizing for the brand shown on the product page. If you're between sizes or unsure how a specific item fits, send us the product name and your usual size — we'll confirm fit before you order.

• Footwear: true to US sizing unless noted on the product page
• Tees & tops: oversized/relaxed fits run roughly true to size; slim cuts may run small — ask for measurements
• Caps & hats: adjustable unless stated as fitted

Every product listed is checked for quality and accuracy before it goes up. If you have questions about an item's materials, condition or sourcing before you buy, ask us directly — we're happy to send extra photos or details.

If anything you receive doesn't match what was described, our returns policy above applies.

• All prices are listed in AUD and may change without notice
• Orders are confirmed automatically once payment is completed via Stripe — placing an order does not guarantee stock availability, and we'll be in touch if an item is unavailable
• Product images are representative; minor variations in colour or finish may occur
• Ozmate reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order at its discretion, with a full refund issued for any payment already made
